Tug of war, one of the oldest sports at all. I had the big pleasure to take the photos for a story about a little club of this special sports. The story is pubilshed in the current issue of the magazine 'Landluft' now. Stuttgart, 12/2016

Here's my latest publication. A story about the German football club Karlsruher Fußballverein e.V.
Established on 17 November 1891, KFV was a  founding member of the German Football Association (Deutscher Fussball-Bund) in 1900. The team went on to capture the national championship in 1910 with a 1–0 victory over Holstein Kiel.  After collapsing financially the club returned to amateur league football in 2007, playing 9th in the Kreisklasse C, Staffel 3, the lowest division in the North Baden region. Here's my latest publication. A story about the German Art Brut artist Roland Kappel. Mr Kappel lives in Mariaberg, a diaconal institution which is home to 500 people with learning disabilities and mental ill-health.There he's part of the studio 'Atelier 5' where several artists work independently and it is left to them to decide what materials they want to use, at what pace they want to work and with what purpose and objective. One of my latest publication is for the German football magazine '11 Freunde'. I had the pleasure to witness with my camera the first game of Julian within a regular game for his team 'FC Sonnenbühl'. Julian has Mental Retardation. Stuttgart 03/2016

They haven't the potential to be the next Leo Messi and these young boys have to struggle with different other barriers in their daily life. But in front of a game it's the same ritual like in the cabin of the professionals. I did the photos for a story about the team of mentally disabled footballer of the state Baden-Württemberg.
